Rather than a traditional cut transition, this collection provides drifting fog, mist, and haze files that can be used to soften scene changes, create a sense of depth, or establish a mysterious atmosphere. When layered over an edit point, the fog gently obscures the outgoing clip and parts to reveal the new one, producing a natural, weather‑inspired transition. The pack includes ground‑hugging mist, low‑lying fog banks, swirling haze particles, and elevated cloud wisps. Density varies from thin, ethereal veils to thick, opaque blankets that can completely obscure the frame for a second or two.

Because the fog elements are pre‑keyed, they can be overlaid on any footage and adjusted with opacity controls to dial in the desired level of coverage. The recommended blending mode is Screen or Lighten, which naturally integrates the bright mist while preserving the underlying image. Files can be trimmed at the start and end to control precisely when the fog appears and dissipates. Multiple fog clips at different depths can be layered to build a rich, three‑dimensional atmosphere.
